Job Description

Genesis Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Pheasant Wood for all shifts. Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments according to physician orders.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN licensure or pending licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification
