Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare in Pottstown Nursing and Rehab. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care and support positive clinical outcomes for our patients.

Position Highlights

• Assess patients, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to care planning and administration of medications.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (if required).
