Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join the Cargill team in Fort Morgan, CO. As part of our protein and salt business, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate standard maintenance tools and equipment effectively and safely.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations while maintaining process reliability.
• Acquire necessary materials and documentation for planned and reactive work.
• Communicate effectively and participate in continuous improvement events.

Requirements

• Willingness to work weekends.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read schematics.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Prior work history and successful completion of aptitude tests.
