Manager in Training

Job Description

We are looking for a Manager in Training to join Aldi and learn all aspects of running a successful store. In this role, you will supervise store activities, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staffing needs and schedules, and develop operational strategies while mentoring your team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations and team performance.
• Implement company strategy and uphold core values to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Handle customer concerns and maintain store quality and organization.
• Participate in hiring and training store personnel.
• Manage schedules, set performance expectations, and conduct evaluations.
• Monitor and manage store budget, inventory, and merchandising.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail, with management experience preferred.
