Job Description

We are looking for a Manager in Training to join the Aldi team. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare for overseeing store operations independently. You will be responsible for supervising daily store activities, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing schedules, and fostering team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Implement company strategies and values to promote teamwork.
• Manage store signage, product quality, and staffing.
• Conduct hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure store budget and loss targets are met.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory, and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, communicate, and provide excellent service.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, management principles, and retail operations.
• Prior management experience preferred.
