Job Description

We are looking for a Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. As a Manager in Training, you will undergo comprehensive training to successfully manage store operations and lead a team. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans. This position offers a competitive starting wage of $28.25 per hour, with earning potential of up to $98,000 in the first year.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team to deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
