Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Manager in Training at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of managing a store, from supervising daily operations to developing and leading a team. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Prior retail experience and management capabilities preferred.

Educational Background

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.

Travel

Full-Time Store Manager Trainees may need to travel to various locations within the division.
