Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. Your tasks will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, staffing management, and creating operational strategies while nurturing and developing the team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store activities and team performance to deliver exceptional customer service.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Maintain store product quality and signage standards.
- Participate in the hiring process and manage employee schedules.
- Set performance expectations for team members and provide training opportunities.
- Conduct store meetings and performance evaluations.
- Monitor budget and sales targets, ensuring compliance.
- Manage inventory levels and merchandise presentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and management principles.
- Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
