Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be immersed in all aspects of store management, preparing you to take on the responsibilities of running your own store successfully. Your tasks will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, staffing management, and creating operational strategies while nurturing and developing the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store activities and team performance to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Communicate and uphold company core values to foster team unity and engagement.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Maintain store product quality and signage standards.
• Participate in the hiring process and manage employee schedules.
• Set performance expectations for team members and provide training opportunities.
• Conduct store meetings and performance evaluations.
• Monitor budget and sales targets, ensuring compliance.
• Manage inventory levels and merchandise presentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and management principles.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
