Job Description
Join Cargill's global protein and salt business as a Mechanic I based in Albert Lea, MN. This full-time hourly position offers a competitive compensation of $26.60/hr with a $3,000 sign-on bonus. You will be responsible for using hand tools to maintain production machinery, ensuring food safety and quality, and maintaining cleanliness.

Principal Accountabilities
- Perform maintenance on production machinery using hand tools.
- Ensure food safety, quality, cleanliness, and housekeeping.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Minimum age of 18 with English proficiency.
- Previous production maintenance and welding experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Cargill experience and recent work history.
