Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively on behalf of senior management to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Support administrative functions and office management tasks.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  • Identify and report operational irregularities.
  • Provide training and cross-training within designated areas.
  • Collaborate with team members and external partners.
  • Ensure security and confidentiality of documents and data.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
