Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join Aldi's team in Frederick, MD. Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively on behalf of senior management to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
- Support administrative functions and office management tasks.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Identify and report operational irregularities.
- Provide training and cross-training within designated areas.
- Collaborate with team members and external partners.
- Ensure security and confidentiality of documents and data.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
