General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely and safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe operations.
• Assign job tasks, provide training and feedback to workers.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment and handle hazardous materials safely.
• Work collaboratively to achieve department goals and uphold company values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in transportation and supervision is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of freight handling techniques required.
