Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Supervisor I to join our team at ArcBest's ABF Freight division in Denver, CO. As part of our growing company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely, safe, and efficient loading and unloading of freight.

General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for loading/unloading freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks, provide training, and monitor performances.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in service center, transportation, or related fields.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
