Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Supervisor I to join our team at ABF Freight in Denver, CO. As part of a leading LTL carrier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe loading and unloading of freight.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely, damage-free, and safe freight handling.
• Maintain proper load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign and coordinate job tasks, provide training and feedback, and maintain a positive, safe working environment.
• Support a values-driven culture and collaborate in a team setting to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with experience in transportation or related field.
• Supervisory experience is a plus, along with knowledge of freight handling techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a commitment to safety and excellence.
