Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor I to join our team at ABF Freight in Denver, CO. This is a great opportunity to be part of a leading LTL carrier and a growing company.

General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely and safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks, coordinate work assignments, and provide training.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and promote safe handling of materials.
• Work collaboratively to achieve department goals and uphold company values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; transportation experience a plus.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of freight handling techniques.
