Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Operations Supervisor I to join our team in Denver, CO at ABF Freight, an ArcBest company. As an Operations Supervisor I, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling resources to ensure timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for safe and efficient freight operations.
• Assign job tasks and coordinate work assignments.
• Provide training, feedback, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in transportation and/or related fields.
• Supervisory experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
