Essential Job Functions

  • Deliver quality patient care in line with physician orders.
  • Observe and assess patient condition, report changes, and document care activities.
  • Participate in care plan implementation and updates.
  • Take necessary nursing actions based on assessments and achieve expected outcomes.
  • Recognize changes in patient needs, intervene to mitigate risks, and provide preventive care.
  • Maintain infection control measures per OSHA standards.
  • Educate patients and families on disease processes, self-care techniques, and nursing needs.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
  • Valid state license as a Licensed Nurse.
  • CPR certification.
  • Proficiency in clinical assessments and documentation.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Capable of traveling.

  • Respond to emergencies physically and mentally.
