Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Cashier/Stocker to join our team at ALDI. As a Cashier/Stocker, you will be at the forefront of our customer shopping experience, operating registers, stocking shelves with fresh products, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Working Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leaders.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data.
• Operate registers, stock shelves, and ensure the store is well-presented.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Follow inventory guidelines, adhere to cash policies, and minimize losses.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and create attractive merchandise displays.
• Operate machinery following safety procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Effective time management skills.
• Knowledge of retail products and services.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
