Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team at Aldi as Part-Time Store Associates, Cashiers, and Stockers. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the store is well-maintained and organized.

Position Type

Part-Time, fewer than 30 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform cashier duties, clean the store, and stock shelves neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide feedback to management.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and create well-merchandised displays.
• Operate machinery following safety procedures.
• Assist with Curbside Shopping orders.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and work in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills and time management.
• Knowledge of company products and services.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior retail experience is a plus.
