Part-Time Store Associate/Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for Part-Time Store Associates, Cashiers, and Stockers to join ALDI, one of the nation's fastest-growing grocery stores. As a key member of our team, you will represent ALDI and work collaboratively to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Your responsibilities may include stocking shelves, operating registers, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and report necessary information to superiors.
• Maintain document security and confidentiality.
• Perform tasks as assigned.
• Assist customers with purchases and provide exceptional service.
• Stock shelves and ensure product rotation for freshness.
• Operate machinery safely and follow all guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Effective time management and teamwork capabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
