Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Associate/Cashier/Stocker to join ALDI, one of the nation's fastest-growing grocery stores, and be an essential part of our team. As the face of ALDI, you will collaborate with your team to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Whether you are assisting with Curbside Shopping, processing purchases as a Cashier, or stocking shelves as a Stocker, your contributions are vital in ensuring our store's success.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Key responsibilities include collaborating with team members, upholding security and confidentiality standards, and carrying out cashier, stocking, or store associate tasks efficiently. Cashiers handle customer purchases, provide exceptional service, and monitor inventory, while Stockers ensure shelves are well-stocked, merchandise displays are appealing, and safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
