Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Store Cashiers/Stockers at Aldi. As a Cashier/Stocker, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and serving our valued customers. This position offers variety and challenges every day in a collaborative team setting.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will collaborate with team members, uphold security and confidentiality standards, operate machinery, and perform general cleaning duties. Cashiers are responsible for processing customer purchases, providing exceptional customer service, and adhering to cash policies. Stockers ensure shelves are stocked and merchandised according to planograms while operating equipment safely and following all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior retail experience is a plus, and a combination of education and experience is also considered.
