Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

Join ALDI as a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker and contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment where you will be responsible for operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing excellent customer service.

Position Details

• Type: Part-Time
• Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate essential information to supervisors
• Ensure security and confidentiality of documents and data
• Execute duties as assigned

Cashier Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and feedback
• Assist with inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Stocker Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with fresh products and follow merchandising guidelines
• Organize inventory and operate machinery safely

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
