Patient Care Tech / PCT Med Surg

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Tech (PCT) to join our team at Hillcrest Hospital Cushing in Cushing, OK. This full-time position offers day shifts and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our medical surgical unit.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as meal delivery, mobility support, and personal hygiene tasks.
• Provide adjunct care including applying dressings, ice packs, and therapeutic baths.
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately.
• Collaborate with nurses and staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to professional standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute or long-term care preferred.
• Completion of approved CNA, PCT, or EMT-P certification is a plus.
