Patient Care Tech / PCT Med Surg Cardiology

Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Patient Care Technician to join our Cardiology Medical Surgical 4H team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. As a Patient Care Tech (PCT), you will work closely with nursing and medical staff to assist patients with daily activities, record vital signs, and ensure a safe and nurturing environment for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
• Observe and document patients' progress and report to the medical team.
• Measure and record vital signs, collect specimens, and assist with basic patient transport.
• Provide compassionate care, maintain cleanliness, and ensure patient comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Completion of Basic Life Support (BLS) training.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
