Salary Range: $50,180 - $68,800 annually
VASA Fitness is seeking a passionate Personal Fitness Team Lead to join our vibrant team. As a leader in the personal training department, you will be responsible for driving the personal training business to exceed fitness financial targets at our club. Your role involves building and empowering a high-performing team to help our members achieve their fitness goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Attract, hire, and coach a dynamic personal training team aligned with VASA's core values.
- Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and enhance the retention of existing clients.
- Develop an agile team capable of adjusting training programs to meet individual client needs.
- Create an inclusive environment in the Personal Training Cage to engage with members and guests.
- Ensure clients receive exceptional value through safe, clean training spaces and personalized services.
- Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and clients, encouraging growth and development.
- Build personal relationships with members to attract new clients and achieve sales targets.
- Coach personal trainers on consultative selling to recommend appropriate training packages.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales goals and contribute to attracting new clients.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in personal training or fitness leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
