Personal Fitness Team Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Personal Fitness Team Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead (PTL), you will work closely with the General Manager and oversee a team of Personal Trainers. Your primary goal will be to advance the personal training business at the club, ensuring the achievement of fitness financial targets and providing an exceptional experience for our members.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team aligned with VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Develop an agile team capable of customizing programming to meet each client's needs.
• Create a welcoming environment within the Personal Training Cage for members, clients, and guests.
• Ensure personal training clients receive exceptional value and support community-building among trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients through relationship-building with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultation and sales techniques to achieve monthly targets.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals for attracting new clients.
