Compensation: Base Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour + Monthly Bonus and Milestone Bonus; Total Compensation Range: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

Purpose
The Personal Training Lead plays a vital role in driving the personal training business and exceeding fitness financial targets at the club by leading a high-performing team. Responsibilities include overseeing the personal training team, increasing client acquisition and retention, developing tailored programming for clients, fostering a welcoming environment, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team aligned with VASA's core values.
- Increase acquisition and retention of personal training clients.
- Facilitate and adjust programming to meet each client's needs.
- Create a welcoming and engaging environment in the Personal Training Cage.
- Maintain client satisfaction and value by delivering exceptional service.
- Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and clients.
- Attract new clients through personal interactions and recommendations.
- Coach trainers on consultations and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with trainers to achieve monthly sales targets.
