Salary: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

Join our team at VASA Fitness as a Personal Training Lead, responsible for advancing the personal training business, exceeding financial targets, and creating exceptional fitness experiences for our members. We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead a high-performing team and drive client acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Create a supportive, connected community for all personal trainers and clients.
• Coach personal trainers on consultation and sales targets.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in personal training or fitness management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Possess relevant certifications in personal training.
