Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Conduct home visit assessments to evaluate patients' medical conditions, capabilities, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Provide direct patient care with compassion and expertise.
• Proficiently document patient records using EMR systems.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy license for New York.
• Certified in CPR.
• Experience with EMR documentation preferred.
