Paradigm Rehab is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapy Specialist to join our compassionate team. As a Physical Therapist, you will conduct home visit assessments, provide direct patient care, and assess medical conditions to help improve the quality of life for our patients.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Proficient in EMR documentation.
• CPR Certification.
