Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the construction and maintenance of plumbing structures and systems.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to plumbing technicians and helpers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Plan and schedule plumbing projects to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Negotiate contracts and communicate project details to stakeholders.
• Manage quality control programs and implement necessary revisions to project plans.
• Requisition materials and supplies, and monitor budget estimates and cost tracking reports.
• Coach and motivate technicians to enhance productivity and sales skills.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company rules while performing job duties.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, construction methods, and project management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret job specifications and ensure project compliance.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Certification or license in plumbing is a plus.
