We have an exciting opportunity for a Private Duty Nurse to join Aveanna Healthcare in the MT. Lebanon Area. This position offers day shifts from Monday to Friday (8am-5pm), providing you with a great work-life balance. Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate quality patient care in accordance with physician orders.
• Continuously assess and observe patient conditions, reporting any changes to supervisors or physicians.
• Document all activities, assessments, and nursing actions promptly and accurately.
• Implement and update nursing care plans as needed.
• Take necessary nursing actions based on assessments to achieve desired outcomes.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient needs effectively.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, self-care, and prevention strategies.
• Maintain infection control measures per OSHA standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience (New Grad Program available for recent graduates).
• Active and good standing Nursing License.
• Current CPR Certification (Hands-on BLS).
