LPN/RN Requirements:

• 6 months experience as a practicing nurse.
• Active Nursing License.
• CPR Certification.

Essential Job Functions:

• Delivery of quality patient care.
• Continuous patient assessment.
• Documentation and care coordination.
• Implementation of nursing care plan.
• Infection control measures.
