Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Exeter Center in Exeter, NH. As an RN, you will provide high-quality care to our patients/residents, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to their overall well-being.

Position Highlights

• Perform nursing assessments and develop effective care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing school and licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification required.
• Preferred 1-3 years of RN experience in a related setting.
