As a Rehabilitation Therapist, you will conduct assessments, provide direct patient care, and work towards the rehabilitation and well-being of our patients.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Proficient in EMR documentation (specific system experience not required).
• CPR Certification.
