Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead our team at Arby's. As a key figure in our organization, the General Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, team leadership, and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of fast-food management experience.
  • 5 years of overall restaurant experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the United States.
