Job Description: Restaurant General Manager

We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Restaurant General Manager to lead our team at Burger King. As a Restaurant GM, you will be responsible for overall restaurant operations, team leadership, excellent customer service, and ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team to ensure successful restaurant operations
  • Provide exceptional leadership to create a customer-oriented work environment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and state laws
  • Handle human resource functions such as staffing, training, and supervision
  • Address customer complaints professionally and promptly

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience
  • 5 years of restaurant experience
  • ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • State-issued driver's license and clear background check
