We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team, you will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and general cleaning duties.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and relevant equipment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
