Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a welcoming environment for customers through stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain a clean shopping area, and ensure shelves are neatly stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures and assist in monitoring product quality and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years to work at Aldi.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is advantageous.
• Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages meeting state and local requirements.
