Sales Advisor

Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team at Treeo Senior Living. As the Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in cultivating relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources to communicate the unique benefits of our retirement community and facilitate their move-in process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth discovery to understand prospects' needs.
• Lead guided tours for prospective residents and family members, ensuring tour readiness at all times.
• Coordinate and execute sales and marketing activities through various channels.
• Maintain an accurate prospect database and follow up effectively through multiple communication channels.
• Create and implement a strategic marketing plan for the community.

Requirements

• A strong passion for sales.
• Preferred: Two years of experience in a similar sales role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
