Sales Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. This is a Full-Time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills on a consistent basis.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any store-related issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Meet all requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.
