Seasonal Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for Seasonal Stockers to join our team at ALDI. As a stocker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's inventory and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. From unloading and organizing new inventory to stocking shelves efficiently, you will contribute to the store's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies in your role.
• Unload, unpack, and stock shelves with inventory.
• Organize new arrivals and direct inventory accurately.
• Operate machinery safely and follow all procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of store documents and data.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in retail environment is a plus.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Attention to detail, good time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Physical Demands

• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and walk around the store regularly.
• Stock merchandise and place products on shelves at various heights.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds.
