Job Description

We are looking for a Seasonal Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a store employee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's high standards and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include unloading and stocking inventory, organizing products, operating machinery, and collaborating with team members.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Unpack and stock shelves with incoming inventory.
• Organize new products and ensure correct placement.
• Operate machinery following safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Physical Demands

• Standing, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 45 pounds.
• Stocking merchandise and placing products on shelves.
