Staff Psychologist- Child Psychiatry

The University of Vermont Health Network is looking for a dedicated Staff Psychologist specializing in Child Psychiatry to join our esteemed Psychological Services department. As part of our team, you will deliver psychological services to patients across various clinical settings, contribute to the advancement of our mission for diversity and inclusion, and engage in program development and oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological services in inpatient psychiatric, medical-surgical, rehabilitation units, and outpatient programs.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations, clinical assessments, psychotherapy, and staff consultation.
• Participate in program development, clinical supervision, and multidisciplinary initiatives.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in clinical psychology from an accredited program.
• Minimum 3 years’ post-licensure experience in clinical psychology.
• Experience in individual, family, and group psychotherapy; supervisory roles preferred.
• Background in Health Psychology and academic healthcare is a plus.
