Stocker/Cashier (Part-Time)

Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Stocker/Cashier (Part-Time) and play a key role in creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. As a Cashier, you will process purchases, offer top-notch customer service, and ensure accurate transactions. Stockers play a vital role in maintaining shelves, organizing new inventory, and upholding a neat and orderly store environment. This position offers variety and the opportunity to work collaboratively with a dedicated team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional service.
• Maintain clean registers, shelves, and merchandising displays.
• Assist in inventory management and uphold cash policies.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves with fresh products and ensure proper rotation.
• Follow merchandising guidelines to create attractive displays.
• Operate machinery safely and maintain a clean sales floor.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of retail products and operations.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
