We are hiring a Store Associate to join our team at Aldi! In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customers have a pleasant shopping experience through exceptional service and teamwork.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
