Job Description
We are seeking a Store Management Trainee to join the Aldi team. As a Full-Time Trainee, you will be immersed in the day-to-day operations of managing a store, with the goal of preparing for a Store Manager role. Responsibilities include supervising team performance, ensuring customer service excellence, managing staffing, and implementing operational strategies. This position requires flexibility to travel within a 50-mile radius.
Responsibilities
- Supervise team operations to deliver exceptional customer service.

- Manage store signage, product quality, and hiring processes.
- Create schedules, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Maintain budget goals, monitor inventory, and ensure store safety.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Demonstrated customer service and communication skills.
- Understanding of company policies and management principles.
- Experience operating a cash register and retail equipment.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 3+ years of retail experience, including management exposure.
- Prior management experience preferred.
