Store Management Trainee

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated individual to join Aldi as a Store Manager Trainee. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising store activities, managing schedules, developing action plans, and leading a team to provide exceptional customer service. As a Full-Time position with an estimated wage of $27.50 per hour, this role offers a unique opportunity to grow with the company and earn up to $105,000 in the first year.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations and team performance.
• Model and communicate company values to foster teamwork.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure high product quality.
• Manage hiring, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and store cleanliness.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and lead a team effectively.
• Experience in retail, preferably in a management role.
• Flexibility to travel as needed within divisional requirements.
