Store Management Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Trainee, you will learn all aspects of running a store efficiently, preparing you for a future role as a Store Manager. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans while fostering team growth.

Starting Wage

$27.50 per hour

Earning Potential (Year 1)

Up to $105,000 (inclusive of salary and bonuses, location-dependent)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise team operations and enhance customer service.
• Communicate company values and foster teamwork.
• Manage store signage, product quality, and hiring processes.
• Develop and revise schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and handle inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Strong team player with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma preferred, with 3+ years in retail and management experience

Travel

Flexibility to travel to multiple locations as needed
