Job Description

We are looking for a Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position involves training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for running your own store successfully. You will be responsible for supervising daily store activities, ensuring excellent customer service, managing schedules, and developing operational plans while mentoring and developing the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day store operations to provide top-notch customer service.
  • Implement company strategy and values to foster teamwork among employees.
  • Manage staffing needs, schedules, and team development.
  • Ensure store signage, product quality, and inventory levels are maintained.
  • Handle customer concerns and provide resolutions.
  • Conduct store meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with prior management experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lead a team, provide exceptional customer service, and interpret company policies.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to travel within divisional requirements.
